The Rising Heights Program. Brooklyn Plaza Medical Center is located on 650 Fulton Street in New York, and we provide comprehensive healthcare and support services. At the Rising Heights Program, we provide the highest quality care for people living with HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C for over 30 years now. We work as part of the early intervention initiative and my role with BPMC is to educate patients on HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted infections, provide confidential HIV testing, identify high risk sexual behaviors, and reduce the risk of transmission.

We connect people to services such as health Information/Services/Activities, Legal / Justice Services, reasonable accommodation guidance, benefits, housing applications, Medicaid applications to mention a few.

All Star Code creates economic opportunity for young men of color by developing an entrepreneurial mindset and supplying them with the tools they need to succeed in the innovation economy. CAMBA: Brooklyn YAS (Youth Against Substance Misue)

Our programs focus on LGBTQ+ youth/ young adults. We provide Arts based programing such as: LGBTQ+ Arts contest, Poetry Workshops, Improvisation Workshops, and Gender Euphoria Make-up Workshops. We also host peer support groups for LGBTQ+ middle and high school students.
